We were engaged to a private client to provide project management, contract administration, Principal designer and site management for a bespoke development of two properties.
The site was in an AONB and had a high pressure gas main situated through the middle of the site. Working with the client we developed and completed the properties within project timescales and delivered the client a seven figure return.
