Elton, a seasoned Chartered Building Surveyor, boasts extensive expertise spanning various sectors.
His professional journey includes pivotal roles in overseeing retail establishments, historic estates, and local authority property portfolios encompassing schools, PFI SPVs and healthcare facilities.
Transitioning into private practice in 2006, Elton integrated his diverse experiences, providing clients with tailored and pragmatic counsel. Renowned for his reliability, he has fostered enduring relationships with numerous repeat clients who entrust him project after project.

Paul joined Peak Building Consultants (PBC) as a Director in May 2020, bringing over 15 years of invaluable expertise in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and Off-Site Construction (OSC) to the team.
Throughout his career, Paul has spearheaded a diverse array of OSC projects, ranging from the delivery of educational and healthcare facilities to iconic corporate buildings featured at the 2012 Olympic Games. In recent years, he has honed his focus on the rapidly evolving realm of off-site manufactured homes, catering to both private developers and social landlords.
Paul's comprehensive understanding of the entire market equips him to guide you seamlessly into the world of MMC, mitigating risks and maximising opportunities.

Lindsay has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and oversees the day-to-day activities of the organisation to ensure efficient and effective operations.
She is responsible for managing various aspects of the business, including Resource Allocation, Quality Control and Staff Training to name a few.
Along with monitoring and managing the companies Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures, Lindsay also maintains our accreditations to other bodies, including Constructionline, Acclaim, RICS and the Association of Project Safety.
She also makes the tea (until excessively prompted) and provides the biscuits.
Kyran joined Peak in 2023 as a Trainee Building Surveyor and started studying Building Surveying at Birmingham City University in late 2023.
Before joining Peak Kyran was a qualified carpenter having completed his apprenticeship with Barratt Homes. Kyran has worked on both large-scale housing sites and smaller private works.
Andrew is Head of Technical Services at Peak and has over 25 years experience of working within the building design and the insulation materials industries.
He started his career as an apprentice architectural technologist where he learnt his skills and understanding of building design and construction detailing. He continued his career as an architectural technologist specialising in the care home sector.
After relocating to the Midlands he moved into the design of tapered insulation. He spent 9 years managing the design office of a well-respected manufacturer and supplier, working on projects across the country with some in Europe and beyond.
He now uses his varied skills to provide clients with the best possible service levels.
