We were engaged to a private client to provide project management, contract administration, Principal designer and site management for this conversion of Victorian stables to a multi-use commercial buildings.
The site is a working farm with buildings in various states of health, so a considered plan was developed and implemented to restore and keep as much of the heritage and history of the buildings, whilst bring the buildings up to modern regulatory standards for commercial use.
