Why use us as your building consultants?
Well, we work across multiple sectors delivering projects for healthcare, education, PFI, MMC construction, modular build and domestic clients.
But whatever the sector, we always focus on:
Quality
Saving you time
Reducing your costs.
We’re here to help.
Regulated by RICS
Cost. Quality. Time.
Cost, quality and time. We call this the procurement triangle.
By focusing on cost, quality and time we can clearly show you true value.
True value through:
Acting as the employer’s agent.
Acting as the main contractor.
Simply defining areas in need of improvement and repair.
We use Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to solve your problems.
Our USP.
We identify which methodology and supplier to use, then manage the delivery of your project.
Simple.
Who We Are.
Elton Norris.
Elton is a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience across multiple sectors.
He has taken key roles in managing retail and historic estates and local authority property portfolios. These include schools, libraries and health facilities. Later, in private practice, he combined all these areas giving his clients focused and practical advice.
Our goal at PBC is to break the traditional client/consultant relationship of “fee for advice”. Instead, we become a trusted member of the business management team, assisting with the everyday challenges of balancing budgets and operationally reliable and safe premises.
We have many repeat clients that have relied on our advice over the years, project after project. When your business managers are strategically planning, Elton focuses on delivering advice that can be relied on and he delivers it in a format that suits your business need.
Paul Mason.
Paul joined Peak Building Consultants (PBC) as a Director in May 2020.
He has over 15 years’ experience in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and Off-Site Construction (OSC). He's been involved in a wide-range of OSC projects, from the delivery of schools and hospitals to corporate buildings at the 2012 Olympic games.
Over recent years, Paul's focused on the burgeoning area of off-site manufactured homes for private developers and social landlords. You'll also benefit from his whole-market knowledge, helping you to move into the world of MMC with reduced risk.
Paul drives PBC's DNA of focusing on adding quality, reducing time and minimising costs for your projects.
